“Captive Power Generation” means generation of electricity exceeding 1 MW for the purpose of consumption by the generator, and which is consumed by the generator itself, and not sold to a third-party. “Captive Power Plant” means a power plant of over 1MW in capacity set-up by the generator for own use.
